Join thE world house community

In 1967, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. wrote of the world house — the inescapable truth that we have inherited a great house in which we have to live together. Nearly sixty years later, we are still learning. Some of us have stopped trying.

We haven't stopped.

The World House Community is for the people who refuse to retreat — the practitioners, the bridge builders, the leaders, the learners, and the 400,000 displaced Black women, nonbinary, government and corporate workers who know that division is a dead end and belonging is worth fighting for.

Inspired by The Beat Must Go On, this community is built on the same principles that made House music revolutionary: everyone belongs, every voice makes the music better, and the DJ is a guide — not a gatekeeper.

This is not a program. It's a practice. Not a moment. A movement.

The door is open. The beat is playing. Come build with us.
